L’hôtel de l’Est, is a former 18th century coaching inn situated in the centre of Saint-Florentin in Burgundy. It lies right on the border with the Champagne region, 150 km from Paris, 50 km from Troyes and 30 km from Auxerre.

Sylvie and Jany WARBURTON and their daughters Betty, Suzy and Ketty welcome you to the beautiful setting of their hotel (family-run since 1968!), its restaurant hung with magnificent red wall hangings set off by colourful wallpaper, a small period lounge where you can sample an aperitif or aromatic coffee and, last but not least, a pretty floral terrace where you can enjoy dining on pleasant summer evenings.

Two secure private car parks (enclosed with cameras) are available for guests’ use.
